DESCRIPTION:Hello BurnT Community! \n  \nAnother year has gone by and soon Mike Eversons’s term will come to an end. Sofia and Dom are the candidates waiting for your vote! \n  \nDom Scott\nAfter cheerleading for the amazing burner events that happen in town and running newbie nights\, I want to step up and use my project management skills to help make more magic happen. I would like to continue encouraging all of the different burner groups in the city to combine forces to make our regional events even more amazing. 2015 Decompression was “best event ever” with a mix of veteran and newbie burners working to make great things happen. Let’s see where else we can explore with that idea and all the superbly talented people in the city!\nSofia Timkovski\nDid you like Decomp 2015? Want more events like that? Pick Me\, Choose ME!\nI am a maker of stuff\, and a doer of things. I am a project manager by trade\, and I make stuff happen. Got an idea? I can help you execute it. It is LITERALLY what people pay me to wear a ‘business costume to do’.\nThe reality is\, Burners by nature are opinionated\, and full of ideas the problem is that it is hard to get them to agree on a way to execute. I have a special magic skill- it is called getting people to work together in order to mobilize the community\, and come together. Did you know we were not going to have a sanctioned Decompression in 2015? I didn’t like that answer. So\, I changed it. Got an idea? Help me make it happen for you. \n  \nHere is the schedule for this year’s election: \nMonday\, January 25th – nominations/applications begin. \nFriday\, February 12th at midnight – nominations of others ends. \nSunday\, February 14th at midnight – self nominations/acceptance of nominations from others ends. \nTuesday\, February 16th – announcement of candidates for election\, voting begins. \nFriday\, February 26th – registration ends at the end of today at midnight \nWednesday\, March 3rd – voting ends at the end of today at midnight. \nFriday\, March 5th – announcement of election results \n  \nRemember\, in order to vote you must be a registered member of BurnT.
