mOOseman needs an effigy and a temple!!
ART GRANTS are available to build the effigy and the temple. $500 will be awarded for each. Anyone is welcome to submit, so if you have an idea please submit a proposal. Your proposal should include the information required in the form below. As we want to give as much time as possible to build these important projects the deadline for submitting a proposal is May 21, 2014.
